We are thrilled to share that we have emerged as winners in the prestigious German Design Awards 2024, a globally acclaimed recognition that boasts an outstanding reputation extending well beyond the realms of industry experts.
Made from solid ash wood, the 'Bolt Chair' from zeitgeist.limited is held together by a large screw, which becomes a striking, differentiating feature and gives the minimalistically designed chair a special look that is highly recognisable, the statement of the jury.
The Winner distinction of the German Design Awards recognise outstanding and exemplary design achievements in the context of a specific category. An appropriate number of design products are honoured as "Winners" in each category. These are selected by a separate jury of experts in each category of the German Design Awards. All awards are determined in a multi-stage judging process and during a two-day jury meeting. Twelve nationalities are represented on the jury of the German Design Awards 2024. It is made up of renowned design experts from business, education and science as well as the design industry.
The German Design Award is the premium prize of the German Design Council. With its global scope and international appeal, it is one of the most prestigious awards in the design landscape across all industries. Since 2012, the German Design Awards have been identifying key design trends, presenting them to a broad public and honouring them. Extraordinary submissions in product design, communications design and architecture are selected each year.
