Myšák Pastry Shop Prague Castle
2026, Mice Chandelier for Myšák Pastry Shop by Ambiente, Prague,
Concept by architect Tereza Froňková
Another project created in collaboration with architect Tereza Froňková, following the earlier Three-Monkey Chandelier for Myšák Pastry Shop. This time, for the new Myšák café at Prague Castle, we designed and produced two monumental custom chandeliers, each measuring over two meters in diameter, featuring hand-blown glass mice and decorative glass spheres.
The glass mice were crafted in Murano in collaboration with master glass artist Roberto Beltrami, complemented by decorative glass spheres produced by Glass Sphere s.r.o.
Following the glass production, we developed the metal structures, completed a series of test assemblies, and refined every technical and visual detail prior to installation.
Special recognition belongs to our team, who carried out the final installation at considerable heights with exceptional precision and craftsmanship.
The result is a bespoke lighting piece that combines traditional glassmaking, technical engineering, and a playful architectural concept.
The chandeliers can now be seen in person at the Myšák café located inside the historic Schwarzenberg Palace, a remarkable 16th-century Renaissance landmark situated next to Prague Castle.
