Biskup Prague

2026, Bespoke Custom Interior Elements and Lighting for Biskup, Prague,
Concept by Studio Olgoj Chorchoj

Based on the architectural concept by Studio Olgoj Chorchoj, we engineered, developed, manufactured, and installed bespoke furniture and lighting elements for the new Biskup restaurant by Ambiente.

One of the most distinctive features of the interior is a series of ten unconventional oval lighting fixtures, created in close collaboration with Detesk s.r.o.

The luminaires incorporate red plexiglass details that create a striking visual dialogue with the solid oak chairs finished in a red stain, produced in collaboration with LUGI s.r.o..

Biskup is a new dining concept by Ambiente, designed equally for a quick snack or a long evening dinner, located on the corner of Dlouhá and Hradební streets in the heart of Prague.

During the day, the restaurant serves lunch menus alongside an à la carte selection, while evenings are accompanied by music from vinyl records. Biskup carries a lively atmosphere best experienced from the seating surrounding the open kitchen.
